13 and 14 by the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679(GDPR).
The information concerns only this website and not also other websites, portals, sections/pages/spaces connected through links, for which please refer to their respective disclosures.

1. Who is the Data Controller?

The data controller is me, Andrea Giudice and I can be contacted through appropriate online form by clicking here.

2. What type of data do I process and how long do I keep it?

a) Navigation data The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this site acquire, in normal operation and for the sole duration of the connection, some data transmitted implicitly in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected for the purpose of associating it with users but, by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow me to identify them.
b) Cookies My site uses cookies or markers, technically, packets of information sent from a web server (in this case, from my site) to your browser and stored by the latter on your device (personal computer, tablet, cell phone, etc.) and automatically sent back to the server each time you access www.andreagiudice.eu To learn about the types and purposes of cookies used by my site and express your preferences regarding their use, you can consult the appropriate page of the cookies regulations.
c) Data provided by you voluntarily When I ask you to submit your personal data (e.g., first name, last name, email address, telephone, city) to access certain services, i.e., to make requests via email, I will process this data to respond to your request, i.e., to provide you with the service you have requested in accordance with this policy and the specific privacy notices rendered when you sign up for individual services.
The data will be kept as long as necessary to provide the requested service and to handle any disputes.
I will disclose your personal data to third parties only in the event that it is necessary to comply with the requests of the users themselves, as specified in the specific disclosures of the individual services, or to simplify – at your request – the registration operations to third-party sites/applications.
I will not ask you for health data and, in general, special categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 of the GDPR (sensitive, biometric, genetic).

3. How are your data processed?

I process your data with the support of computerized means and it is protected through appropriate security measures suitable to guarantee its confidentiality and integrity, I manage it on an encrypted archive that only I can access (Keepass).
That repository is subject to a series of very strict backup procedures, on certified, encrypted space (Google Drive, local NAS and Google Drive, and 200-character random passwords).
I take very thorough organizational measures and appropriate protection techniques (firewalls, antivirus and other advanced technologies) to protect your data against loss, theft, as well as unauthorized use, disclosure or modification.

4. What are the purpose and legal basis of processing?

I process your browsing data anonymously in order to monitor the technical operation and performance of the site, to understand how to improve services and evolve them.
This data is necessary to ensure the delivery of the site.
I use the data referred to in 2.b for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning (they are therefore necessary to ensure the delivery of the service) both to show advertisements, as better explained in the cookie policy.
When the services offered by the site are free and supported by advertisements, the legal basis for processing is my legitimate interest expressly provided for in the GDPR.

5. To whom can your data be disclosed?

I can communicate your data to individuals, entities or authorities in case of legal obligation.

6. What are your rights?

At any time you can access information about yourself and request that it be updated, corrected and supplemented, as well as deleted, made anonymous or blocked.
You may also object in whole or in part to the processing.
